I seldom write reviews, however I cannot help but give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr. Tamer Mansour! He was incredibly professional, as well as down to earth and full of joy! He took the time to get to know me, and made me feel as though I was the only patient that he had on his schedule. In addition, I am very pleased with the outcome of my eyelid surgery, and am grateful that I can actually see again! Thank you DOC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My refraction, which is complex, was done by an aid and not checked by the ophthalmologist. As an RN I questioned this twice and was told that was good enough. My well experienced Optician saw the order yesterday and refused to order my new lenses until she talked to Dr. Yu as they were drastically different from any previous order. Guess it’s sayonara for this group! Be careful! And I liked her too, shame.

Never had a bad experience here. Love Dr. Reisner and the medical staff. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. Always felt cared for. Minus one star for the billing office- very frequent mixups with bills that caused issues with my FSA. Otherwise highly recommend!
