We have used Savatree Services for 12 years, and we give them 10 stars, even if 5 stars is the only option. Their experts provide excellent advice and recommendations, and their employees are well trained, knowledgable, courteous and professional. Savatree is responsive and has saved our trees, lawn and property on numerous occasions from Japaneses beetle and other insect attacks, from disease and aphids, and from deer who devour flowers and shrubs and trees. Most recently, Charles Frazier has quickly and correctly diagnosed drought problems with our extensive lawn, recommended treatment, applied it, and our lawn is responding. I have been working with SavATree in Sterling for many years. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to any of my questions has been terrific. Brian, Marco and Stefano really are the best in the industry. I recommend their services without hesitation.
SavATree has been providing care (i.e. treatment plan, pruning, etc.) for our ornamental crab apple tree for approximately 10 years. Their efforts helped us overcome the health issues our tree had been experiencing. The staff maintains positive communications and is courteous/efficient when performing services. The arborist regularly follows up to ensure we are satisfied and check on the health of the tree. The technicians do an excellent job with the pruning and ensure it is done to our satisfaction. We believe the service is worthwhile, especially when we see the blossoms in the spring.
