“We would like to share our outstanding experience with Falcon air conditioning and heating. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the summer's hottest days. We were told by a expert we had called that we needed a new air conditioner. The air conditioner was over 25 years old. We called Falcon to see what we might need to do and how they would be able to help us. The next day, a Falcon service representative( CARL WARD) came to our home to assess our needs. After evaluating the situation, it was recommended that we not only change our air conditioner but that we also change our heating unit. Both had been installed 25 years ago. We agreed and were given an estimate for the cost which was very reasonable and never changed during the replacement process. A Falcon crew came to our home within days to do the replacement. It was completed with incredible efficiency and effectiveness - all within one day's time. We could not have been more pleased. Working with Falcon and their people was the best service and professionalism that we have ever experienced. Everyone connected with Falcon was pleasant, kind, truthful and trustworthy. Please note that the building's pipe was clogged, and my unit and the unit below had some issues and I had to keep on getting the overflowing water from the pans for days!
