Optimum is wonderful and would highly recommend! We had a leak in our dining room ceiling and they were able to fix the leak AND repair and repaint the drywall damaged by the leak for a very fair cost. The workers were very conscientious about keeping their work contained and our home clean. The company owner followed up the same day to review the work. They are incredibly honest as well - when fixing our leak they discovered some rotting. Instead of catastrophizing the finding, they sent us pictures of it and noted that a repair is something we should keep on our radar and plan to fix. Optimum also installed a lovely skylight in our home under the previous owners and we have never had a problem with it. We plan to also use them to put a patio in this Spring, and bathroom remodel next year. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. You won't regret using them for any home improvements!
