20 Pidgeon Hill Dr #102, Sterling“I want to provide a very good review of Active Lifestyle Medical, Dr. Charles Arndt and his assistant Lindi because it was a good review which first got me to try their expert care. I am in a multiple-week program but so far, progress has been just what I hoped would occur. Dr. Arndt has all the traits any professional should have: a passion to help the patient, a clear communications ability to explain treatment to a patient, and he’s always positively asking for patient feedback. As for Lindi, she is far more than just an assistant, equivalent to a “sixth person” on a successful basketball team! She is so efficient and helpful that I only learned she was Dr. Arndt’s wife when I told him how good she was in “managing” him! He laughed and acknowledged her help. Bottom line: My injuries were major, but I am on the way toward much-needed relief, thanks to Active Lifestyle Medical, which is starting to make me more active. Kudos to both of you and your excellent array of patient options.“

He is accommodating and often goes out of his way to see us when he certainly doesn’t have to. Highly recommend!“

“Dr. Ratcliff changed my quality of life for the better with the functional medicine work we did. I had severe knee pain (a la arthritis) and wanted to try any approach possible that didn't include injections or surgery, etc...He did a lot of different types of tests in our first visit and we tested everythinggg via blood work and sonos. We discussed the findings in the results and remedies including the knees. The food and how it affects inflammation was enlightening. He's super knowledgeable about the aging body ....I made enormous improvements as far as my knee pain and moved to CO in Oct and I have been able to go hiking with my dogs a ton, which was something I was dreading how it would even be possible earlier in the year. Thanks doc & my dogs thank you too!! <3“
