We had an excellent experience with Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions. The one thing that sets the company apart is their willingness to tell you how much the project will be without having to put down a deposit or a retainer fee. All the other contractors I got estimates from wouldn't do that. It greatly reduced the project cost risk and we could visualize our bathroom before we started the build. Luba is a great designer and did a wonderful job working with us to develop our dream project, a renovation of our top floor bathrooms. Modern did a small kitchen project for my home that was quick, easy, and on point. I designed what I wanted and Modern made my vision come true - couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Pricing was very fair - acquiring the materials myself and finding a contractor would have been only a fraction cheaper (I checked) and not as nice. Modern thought of all the details and delivered. I’d use them again in the future.
The team at Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions did such a great job on my condo kitchen and they were very reasonably priced too. They were very professional-- always here when they said they would be, very pleasant to work with when they were here, and very responsive. They always cleaned up at the end of the day, which I really appreciated. They worked very hard/efficiently so that the renovation caused the least amount of disruption possible. I cannot thank them enough. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend them!
