The technician was at my house with in an hour. He diagnosed and fixed my A/C with in two and a half hours. He answered all my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also had the parts on his truck to make the needed repairs. This was all done for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I reached out to Magna-Tech Temp Air on Aug 11 after I noticed some ice on one of the lines of the outside unit of our HVAC system (condenser). The call was promptly answered by Albert, who was very attentive, professional, and courteous. After a brief description of the issue I was having, a schedule to inspect the unit was made for the following day, Aug 12.Albert and another tech arrived on time on the day of the scheduled appointment, and even gave a courtesy notice that they were on their way an hour before arriving. I had an issue with my HVAC not turning on over the last week with the heat wave and I could not leave my family without air conditioning. I tried a few fixes myself and finally was not able to find the problem. I used Yelp's multiple quote tool and spoke with Magnatech. As my time before deployment is quickly upon me, these guys reached out to find me a tech last minute to come by and assist me. Really, above and beyond. I'm very grateful. My family is very grateful. It ended up being an easy fix, which was great. Highly recommend!
