Great service! Was very pleased on how quick Local Mechanical Company got back to me and set me up before the summer starts and the hot weather kicks in. Walter and his team came in and cleaned my duct system, AC unit, and dryer vent. He showed me the before and after snaps and what a difference. With all the debris and dust that gets inside the vent we figured it was time to get it clean. Not sure when the last time it has been done but from the pictures it looked like it hadn't been done for some years. Glad to know we won't be breathing all that stuff in while we sleep.Plus our AC unit is ready for the hot weather that's to come.

Yesterday at 9 pm on a 90+ degree day I posted looking for help with my AC as the capacitor was not working. I was looking to simply find the part. Walter reached out to me almost immediately and patienly spent a few hours helping me discover the exact issue. He was at my house at 10:00 am the today with a new capacitor (and a backup if needed). He had it installed in 10 minutes and also did a once over of my entire system. My house has gone from 84 to 74 already. The entire process was smooth and Walter was very helpful, knowledgable and curteous. As a contractor myself, it is great to get this type of attention.
