Garneski is always awesome and Craig Moss was AHHMAZING! Very knowledgeable and that is saying a lot ‘cause both myself and my husband had like 100 questions each.

AC stopped working. Michael did a very thorough diagnosis with a two choice solution. Given very clear explanation of the problem, the decision made is a progressive one. Fingers crossed there is no progression but a one-step solution as there has been no AC for six days in record heat and home uninhabitable.
Just had my air conditioner fixed by Parris. He was very professional and got the job done. He was extremely personable and always laughing. I enjoyed talking to him. I hope next time I need help, Parris will be my technician.
