We had Flood Crew out after hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These were professional, friendly, punctual and are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! And they don’t play around, they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks a million, Bill & crew! ???

I had a leak in the basement due to heavy storm and water accumulating in front of the house. Flood Crew was recommended by a friend. Bill came out to look at the damage the very next day on a Sunday and went over all the issues he could see and went over the cost. Bill cut the wall opened and staged all equipment in the morning on the day. Water damage was completely cleaned up within a week. Several things I love the most about this company:1. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and the technician (?) they sent to clean my very old, stained carpets. As we have sold the house, and the new homeowners are planning to make changes, I did not want to go to the expense of replacing the carpet but did not want to turn it over with dirty carpet, either. I could tell from Eddie's face he was skeptical about being able to get the stains all the way out and told him I would understand if he was not able to do so. Eddie spent several hours working on the carpets. Once he finished, I was pleasantly surprised to find the stains were gone! (I was almost certain some of them were permanent.) I feel much better about turning the house over to the new owners with old, but clean, carpets. The price this company charges for such outstanding work is very reasonable and estimates are provided before anyone arrives at your door. They were also able to schedule the appointment for just a few days after I called; faster, in fact, than I was ready for the work to be done. Bill worked with me to find a date and time that fit my schedule. I highly recommend giving this company a call the next time you need your carpets cleaned.
