The Five Star Septic driver came to my house and enormously helped me enormously understand my backyard's landscaping. He used a wire coat hanger to determine what land had been recently dug up versus what land stayed undisturbed. And he did it all for free! Will never remember Five Star Septic's wonderful service!

We had an emergency with our older house's sewage grinder, and they were able to come out to take a look at it. It was original with the house, and they expertly pumped all the sewage away. The grinder itself was completely stuck and they worked tirelessly to pull it out and give us the quote for a new modern replacement.
My only complaint is that I had to call the next day (since it couldn't all be done on that same day) and remind them to prioritize the work because we were out of sewage abilities (flushing, washing hands, etc.) already for a few days and had to remind them to come out ASAP since the tech told us he would be out first thing... read full review

Very helpful and responsive customer service! I called to get info on my pump-out service and Patricia was able to get me the info immediately and was very helpful and friendly! Their system already had my information as well so I didn’t have to waste time repeating it - very efficient!
