Excellent service. Mr Kazi has long time Tax experience. He completed his BBA and his MBA in US worked at well known fortune five hundred company like AOL AND FANNIE MAE before he started his own business. We really like his service. And his E&R Tax company has been established since 2009. His customer service is excellent despite of crazy busy during tax service time. Always provide free copy of tax tax copy as much as need. He is very prompt to cooperate with lending company when clients purchase home and provide all documents as under writer needed. Qazi Islam while initially a humble individual when I first started getting my taxes done here ;now has too much volume of customers to provide basic customer care. Everything feels rushed he doesn't seem to explain well what the services you're paying for will cover and will get rude with you Incase you need assistance after the initial task is done. I wouldn't recommend because of a bad experience and customer service at this place , which has declined and is not what it used to be back in the day.
