This is not the correct place to leave review for Cool Factory Inc., the company that AHS and First American assigns us. The correct place to leave review is Cool Factory on Oakbrook in Sterling VA.

Posting review here is pretty much pointless.

I have been without heat for over a week now. I have spoken to multiple different service reps and all say they will call back later and never have. I have had to call 5 different times and email twice and still can not get them to even schedule an appointment to get the technician to turn on my heat. I never write reviews but this time I had to. Unacceptable.

The company misrepresented themselves and provide cheap material and didn’t even offer to let me use the better quality item that was previously available. Why sit an air conditioner on a piece of plastic instead of the concrete slab that I have there! Worst customer service supervisor started yelling and I just hung up on her. Three different technicians sent and keep asking me what the issue is the 2 other times that they visited.
