Outstanding job. My neighbor recommended B&B when I needed replacement of my water heater. She cited reasonable prices and expert diagnosis on the repair of her hot water heater which resulted in a quick fix and minimum costs. My water heater was at the end of its service life and B&B gave me solid recommendations and beat the price of other companies that I received quotes from. I strongly recommend this company. The technicians came to the house were professional and kept me informed of everything they were doing.
October 10, 2024 B&B Air sent Devin & Josue for annual inspection. They were on time, efficient, personable and informative. Inspection was perfect.
April 13, 2022 B&B Air sent Vic to determine why our system was not functioning properly. He inspected our units, made a minor repair with a loose wire and made adjustments to our thermostat. He trained us on the myriad options we could chose to customize our particular needs. Prompt and excellent service by this firm and the tech Vic.

We are long time customers with an annual service contract. Technician Devin can to do our fall check and was wonderful. He was thorough, professional and courteous. I was really impressed how he went out of his way to give me details about what he was doing and answer my questions. I asked about how to turn on/off AC units myself if we need to switch it due to warm weather spells in the winter, and he was very helpful! Great job, Devin!
