We used ACE Party Rentals as our tent and dance floor provider. ACE’s prices, especially for their tent, are so much lower than the other tent prices we encountered that we were skeptical, but our venue reassured us that they’d worked with ACE many times before. We only used a small tent to cover and protect our 15x15 dance floor, but it worked out great for our situation. There was a small miscommunication where the tent was originally installed in the wrong place the day before the wedding, but once contacted, ACE quickly returned to the venue before the wedding and moved everything without any problem. We have used Ace Party Rentals in Sterling for the holidays for tables and linens for several years now. Recently we used Ace for a wedding. This included two tents, one Marquee and one tent for food preparation along with 200 chairs and linens..The whole event setup went smoothly along with the take down. We contribute this to the outstanding communication we had with Natalie, who also was onsite for the setup. We appreciate her expertise and guidance throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

We rented a dance floor. Working with them was truly great. I had reached out to several other companies and never received a response. Their response was prompt and professional and so was the service.
