So I always struggled to find a good eye brow threader. However, I’ve been coming to this place for an entire year! Usually, the owner does my eyebrows and she’s so good. Today around 6:00pm (04/20/2024) another lady did my eyebrows and she did an AMAZING job!!!!!!!!! I’m so happy!!!!! This place is amazing and I travel from Woodbridge to get my eye brows done here and will do so for a long time. Great job ladies!

I am so happy with the work that Jose and his team did to remodel our kitchen. I was shocked at how quickly the whole project was completed and the level of professionalism from the whole crew was top notch. They arrived on time every morning and diligently cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day to make sure there was nothing dangerous left out for my toddler to get into. Since then, DPS has renovated my bathrooms and kitchen, replaced and refinished my hardwood floors, replaced all interior and exterior doors, installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout my lower level, removed old paneling and replaced it with dry wall, installed beautiful built-in bookshelves, cabinets, computer work area, and a closet, and replaced my old deck and patio with an expanded, beautiful, and low-maintenance version. Glass Door is the first salon I've ever visited twice (since my first experience there with Noah was SO great)- and for good reason!! A bit of a tomboy, I need my hair to be low maintenance and easy to turn into something polished. Mel gave me a lob that was PERFECT. Layers to keep it light and fresh for the summer, thinned out on the bottom so when I air dry, it has a great shape, and face framing pieces- I wasn't sure exactly what length, and she gave me great guidance based on my face shape. She was friendly, professional, and clearly well trained- for me, Glass Door set a new high bar for salons.

Honestly, I’ve been to a lot of barbershops and salons in Loudoun County, from Leesburg all the way to Cascades , and this place has always been the best cut. The cut is expensive but personally I go for the service. They are always kind and never disrespectful. Very welcoming environment. My baber spencer is always respectful and always does a great job. I've always done gel nails but somewhat recently switched to dip and have been really happy with how well they hold up, even with a job that has me using my hands so much. So glad I listened to Tammy's encouragement! She does a wonderful job and knows when I want to chat and then recognizes the days when I just want to be quiet. Hands down great experience with Tammy!

Prices were also very reasonable! My boyfriend got a Basic Pedicure as well and together we spent less than $100. I highly recommend 10/10!
This salon is a hidden gem. It’s tucked away in a corner of the shopping plaza near Wells Fargo. They do a great job and very reasonably priced. I love my nail tech Mimi and my daughter’s Mai. Mimi is so meticulous with my nails. They always come out looking perfect. I highly recommend this salon.

There was an incident that gave me a less positive feeling. When I got my pedicare done last time, I was about to give tip as part of my credit card transaction, the technician asked to be given tip in either PayPal or venmo, which I had to download. It just feels really forced and really focused on the tip culture in this country. Tip used to be given as an appreciation of a job well done or for someone going out of their way to perform a special service. Now a certain percentage is expected and with requirements as to the method of payment. Imagine if everyone expects a tip. If teachers expects a tip for teaching our children well...

Mai ( not sure the spelling of her name ) was great she took her time very detailed pedicure for what it’s called a basic pedicure. It had been awhile since receiving such a great pedicure. You can really tell Felicia cares about her client and wants the best for them. I came in with overgrown roots and a hair dye job from over a year ago, and I wanted Felicia to blend my natural hair and my preciously bleached part of my hair together. She did a good job fixing the color on my hair from a box dye alongside deep conditioning to heal my fried strands. Now my hair feels so soft and healthy!

We recently had an old toilet fill valve fail. They came over, immediately diagnosed the problem, and replaced it. It must've been about 30 or so minutes to complete the repair. I previously had called them to fix a leaking bathtub faucet and replace a garbage disposal. They were referred by one of my neighbors who said they had a good reputation and honesty. I think the cost for both jobs were reasonable and am satisfied with recommending them.
I can't say enough about the amazing customer service we received from Will Hymes. He helped us with our order, answered all our questions (we had a lot) and was super helpful when we realized we purchased the wrong product. We won't shop for plumbing supplies anywhere else!
I had some issues with the condensate line in my condo, where water was coming inside the unit from said line. Please note that the building's pipe was clogged, and my unit and the unit below had some issues and I had to keep on getting the overflowing water from the pans for days! (water heater and washer /laundry room), I called KIDDCO and they advised me that If I was the one placing the service call, I was the one paying for the service where the HOA should've taken care of it instead.
KIDDCO called the management company directly and they sent someone to help me within the day (Friday late afternoon and worked to get things done the same evening/day).
I am so very grateful for their assistance and helping me out. I appreciate the fact that they took ownership to get things done within the day. They were able to get faster results with the HOA than me working things out with them.
DMoore was very helpful and besides working the evening hours, he had the most positive attitude and explained the process as he worked things out.

They promptly sent someone out to assess our needs, but unfortunately, what we required was outside the scope of their work. I wish there were an option for 6 stars because that's what I would give David! He is an exceptional professional who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. For those who have ever dealt with water damage and mold, you know it is an incredibly stressful situation that upends your life. So I wish we had met David under better circumstances, but I'm so glad we found him to do the mold remediation. His meticulous attention to detail, experience, and knowledge alone is enough to hire him, but in addition, he comes recommended by independent highly regarded mold testing/environmental professionals. In addition to all of the above, David is incredibly hard working and did everything he could to accommodate us. We have a lot of allergies in our family so David brought in an extra air scrubber and left all 3 air scrubbers with us to help us out during the re-construction process. He absolutely did not have to do that. He also didn't have to leave up the containment barrier for the re-construction phase, but he did. Because that is the kind of person he is! And because we were in such a bind, David put us in touch with folks to do the re-construction, etc. and helped us managed that process. He also answered ALL our questions promptly, even after he had completed the job. I do not frequently give such glowing reviews, but I truly simply cannot recommend David highly enough! If you want someone who cares and won't treat you like a number AND will do an exceptional job, call David. He will go above the call of duty to help you out.

Extremely thorough. Pilar came with the girls to do a walk through before hand so she could ensure all that we wanted was done. Then she left them to it. They did all that we asked and then some. In fact, I noticed the dials on my stove were on wrong because they too them off to ensure all the dirt that collets there was clean! So to me, if things are slightly out of place, that means they were MOVED and what’s underneath CLEANED. Good thing in my opinion. We’ll have them back.

I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.

She went out of her way to help us when we had questions about our floors and the possible replacement even though she knew we might have to go back the the original installer b/c of a issue from the manufacturer. She gave us honest advice, clear pricing and flexible scheduling as not to push a certain time frame just to get the job. Working with Resa was a breath of fresh air as she was totally committed to her customer and not the bottomline! We are so thankful we found Floor Coverings International and will use them again.

Wonderful experience! I worked with Sasan for my project, which had a tight deadline--I really needed 2 rooms in my home finished before the holidays and he was able to deliver! His team also installed a door and trim for a closet space that I needed finished. In short, my flooring and carpentry experience with Floorware Interior Works was great! Sasan has a great eye for design and can advise on aesthetics, which I appreciate. His showroom has a wonderful selection of flooring material and I was able to find one that suited my house perfectly. Communication - Excellent and prompt. Sasan communicates clearly via phone or text and will let you know what to expect and when. If I had a question, he was quick in getting back to me. From Daniel's first visit, looking into all the parameters that should be considered when going to refinish floors of two smaller rooms on the 3rd level, and recommending where to create the virtual "stop" so there will be minimal ability to realize what is old and what is new;
through the scheduling process that managed to take into account our travel and time constrain;
to the team that came to do the work and were all communicative, helpful and focused;
to the project itself, that was not without dust, but so well managed by the team that we could not feel it in the house;
to the job coordinator\manager that stopped by to see that the project is moving forward as expected;
to the final product, refinished floors in two rooms, that simply look amazing, and are a total match to the rest of the house!
And to top it all off, today, 4 days since project's end, I got a call from Daniel again to verify all is well and there are no surprises once it is all said an done.

We recently worked with Sarah at The Tile Shop in Sterling and cannot say enough good things about our experience. From choosing the tile, to connecting with the contractor, Sarah was instrumental in helping us have a very positive outcome. She was a pleasure to work with in choosing tile - she was very patient, a good listener, and had a very good eye for style. Her advice along the way as we prepared for installation was extremely helpful, and communication was never an issue from start to finish. Returning unused items to The Tile Shop was also very easy. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Sarah as well as the contractor recommended by The Tile Shop -- they were excellent.
Paul, the owner, and Mason and Gary, the crew that did our garage reno, are great people to work with. I got quotes from 3 garage specialists in the DC area, and to be honest, Garage Living was the most expensive, but just barely so. However, Paul was the lowest pressure of the 3 -- the other 2 companies were very pushy and were going for an upsell -- whereas Paul was willing to work with me within the budget I set. The quality of materials Garage Living used were also significantly better than the competitors (made-in-Canada aluminum shelving/cabinets vs. made-in-China MDF from the competitors). The crew was very punctual during the reno, made sure to text me each morning and evening when they were arriving, when they left, what was left to do, and when to expect them the next day. All in all, the results were worth every penny. We added overhead storage, a poly-coated floor, a slatwall on one side, and built in metal cabinets and workbench. In both of these photos, there is the same amount of stuff -- but you judge the results.

I can't thank Enterprise enough for their fast work, attention to detail, and steadfast dedication in turning bathrooms that were 15+ years old into something I can be proud of. Putting aside the catharsis of having people tear out the old bathroom (without damaging anything else), one of the real highlights was when they found a small hole in the slab under my bathtub and quickly came up with a solution for the problem in mere minutes. And that's not even getting into the joy of being able to take a shower without random dripping sounds (thanks to them replacing some old pipes) or other oddities left over from the construction efforts of yesteryear. Bravo, Enterprise!

I started working with DPS in 2020 when I experienced some water damage. Since then, DPS has renovated my bathrooms and kitchen, replaced and refinished my hardwood floors, replaced all interior and exterior doors, installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout my lower level, removed old paneling and replaced it with dry wall, installed beautiful built-in bookshelves, cabinets, computer work area, and a closet, and replaced my old deck and patio with an expanded, beautiful, and low-maintenance version. I am so happy with the work that Jose and his team did to remodel our kitchen. I was shocked at how quickly the whole project was completed and the level of professionalism from the whole crew was top notch. They arrived on time every morning and diligently cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day to make sure there was nothing dangerous left out for my toddler to get into. They refinished the floors in our fully furnished home (which included moving very heavy furniture including a Peloton tread) and worked quickly and carefully to produce great results. We also had Danilo and his team seal the wood floors in our rental property - he worked with me to find creative solutions to a improving the appearance of old scratches on the floor. Very pleased with the work performed by KR Exteriors’s team. They were able to assist with requesting permits and were always very willing to answer any questions or concerns. It’s been over a year since my mother had her deck completely redone and it looks just as beautiful as it did when they first finished the project. Amazing outcome. I worked with Shawn and Nancy on putting hardwoods and railing on my stairs, catwalk, and into my family room. They were able to match the wood from my original floors and they did an excellent job. Shawn and Nancy stayed with our budget and we are very pleased. DeJuan and other techs are always courteous, professional and take the time to talk to you about problem areas and extra treatment. Not sure you can do better other than convincing all your neighbors to do the same and join the fight!
PestNow has taken care of my "bug wars" for several years. For a nominal fee, PestNow treats the outside of my home every three months, and would treat the inside as well if I would leave the house for a few hours after treatment. The pest professionals I've met have always been pleasant and thorough. They also offer termite warranties if you are considering a refinance. I recommend PestNow!

We just had Bautista Landscaping do a lot of work trimming trees and bushes at our house. Emihas Bautista, the owner, came over to do an estimate. Both my wife and I were very impressed by his presentation while he was surveying what we wanted done. His knowledge was evident. What was also apparent was his willingness to please. He entertained all our questions, mainly from my wife, who is a "green thumb." They did an EXCELLENT job from start to finish. Mr. Bautista and his crew worked expertly and efficiently. HEMAX Construction Services and Landscaping provided excellent customer service, pricing, and final results. Per a neighbor’s recommendation, we reached out to HEMAX for a quote. HEMAX offered a reasonable proposal for clearing several above ground stumps and the overgrown vegetation’s underground roots, scraping and regrading the sloped topography to flatten but maintain proper drainage, and installing new fescue sodding of our large side yard. Despite a couple customer increased-scope change orders, the project manager, Henry, patiently and expeditiously provided expert advice for accomplishing the desired result and submitted reasonable invoice updates. Once the 2-day project began, Henry, the work crew, and required equipment started on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the day’s work. The company exceeded our expectations in the quality of the final project, the thoroughness of the crew from beginning to clean up, and their professionalism in communicating and scheduling. We will absolutely call them first for any future projects.

We've been long time customers and I wanted to note the professionalism and courtesy of Troy and the team that came out recently. Thinking they may not arrive 'til later in the morning, I went out early to mow the lawn, but didn't finish before they arrived. They graciously allowed me time to finish while they went to another site nearby. When they returned, I thanked them and noted in the backyard there was an area near our deck where the ground was very squishy (sump pump discharge area) and despite switching from my riding mower to the push mower, I left some tracks. I said it was okay if they didn't treat that area with their equipment, but they said they could still apply the treatment by hand.
I really appreciated the work around as simple courtesies say a lot about overall customer service. Lastly, it was a long hot and dry summer, but as our lawn has started to turn green again, we can see a noticeable and positive difference between ours and neighbors who are serviced by other companies. We're very pleased with the overall service and natural methods y'all use. Thank you.

Dr. Skordalakis is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with both my kids. He truly has the child’s best interest in mind when treating them instead of just doing unnecessary procedures for billing purposes. My kids are 5 and 8 and they both look forward to going to the Dentist, which says a lot because we all know how small kids can be fearful at times. We absolutely love him and I highly recommend him to anyone in the Northern VA area. His office is extremely clean and kid friendly, and the staff are all very nice and accommodating as well.
I have lots of questions and concerns about dentistry. The Dr and staff here have taken time to answer all of them as they arise. In the time that I have presented conflicting information they listened and addressed my concerns, and further, accommodated what I wanted for my teeth wherever they could. This alone makes this office stand out, but to add to it, my visit was smooth, with barely any pain to my filling even though I had no anesthesia. Also, an important alignment issue was discovered that had gone unnoticed by other dentists. I do plan to return, and appreciate the care taken here.

I've been coming here for three years, and I love the care I get here. The receptionists get to know your name and are so friendly and welcoming. I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.
Dr Mitchell and her team are just fabulous! She came highly recommended by my friends and colleagues, many who have been with her since she opened Animal Medical Center. She is very methodical in her approach to everything (rather than people who say you need every test on the sun) and Dell was so relaxed being AT a vet's office he fell asleep on the tile floor!
WE got test results in under 24 hours and were able to schedule a necessary ultrasound (recommended by previous vet; didn't want to take him to VCA) within a weeks time.

I’ve had great experience with this kennel. I was going on an international trip and needed to get in at the last minute when someone on Rover canceled on me. They stayed late, did everything they could so that my dog could be boarded. I would love to see the facilities, upgraded a bit.
Best massage place ever! The place is clean, warm, welcoming, and the service is hands down best we’ve ever gotten. Pan (owner) always works out any issues I have with his deep tissue and reflexology massage. The pressure and balance is perfect. We go every two weeks but would absolutely go more if we could.
