Although they may have limited availability, they are willing to take the time to estimate repairs and provide guidance on pool maintenance. With a non-refundable deposit, customers can expect a waiting period, but the end result is well worth the wait. The company's commitment to honesty and customer satisfaction has earned them a reputation as a trustworthy and recommended pool installation business.
I got great customer service from this company, even though I didn't wind up using their services. I really appreciated the time they took get me a repair estimate even though they hadn't installed my pool. They were very helpful, and I'm sure I would have gotten great service if I had proceeded with getting my pool repaired.
You can absolutely not go with a better pool company! Besides being responsible, reliable and professional, knowledgeable and incredibly hardworking, they are nice, honest and a pleasure to do business with! We could not be happier and could not recommend them more highly!!
I honestly don't know why this family owned business has only three stars. I have read some of the negative comments that they're so far out and unable to put a pool in, in a timeframe that a perspective client may want. To me that's not worthy of bad star ratings I can tell you from my perspective this family and the people that work for them are great to work with. We went and talked to them got a quote for a pool last year put a nonrefundable thousand dollar deposit down because we knew we wanted a pool and was not supposed to have started the dig until August 2024 ( this year ), because we put a deposit down a few people in line dropped off to wait, which bumped us up and our pool was started in November 2023 and completed a month later. From the time they started digging until the end of this season, they have been nothing but helpful. Anytime I have water issues. I take a water sample in and both Jane or Amber will look at it and guide me on what needs to be added. Anybody that is looking to have a pool put in needs to give them a chance keep in mind they're a small company so they have a set of guys that work on a pool so there is a waiting period but they are very much worth the wait.
