David Ritter (Owner) I grew up in a construction family. My grandfather started building homes and remodeling after he came back from WW2 until health problems in the late 60′s then my father continued his business of building/remodeling houses until the late 1970’s before moving to commercial work. In 1990 I then went to work for Howard Shockey and Sons where I worked for almost 15 years. In the summer of 2004 I started my own business – Ritter Homes, Inc. – and I haven’t looked back. With the work ethic and philosophy taught to me from my father who was taught from his I have been able to provide the community with with quality homes and remodels that have left a great group of customers very happy.

I met the Ritter crew after I experienced poor workmanship with a previous contractor. Dav came over to my newly contructed home to see me in tears to view the damage from the previous contractor. He put his crew on it. Within days the chair rail came to look normal as I has always imagined it to look. All of my doors became the same height. All of the base trim became level. All mitered inside and outside corners correctly. Oh...oh...The cabinet installation is remarkable!! The crown molding on those cabinets look as it it was born there. Flat boards became custom crown trim in the birds room. It so much to say about this company.. Im very particular. The crew goes way above and beyond to make sure things are on point. Most importantly, they care about their work and they do not rush. A perfect result when they finish the job. I highly recommend this company!
David was absolutely wonderful to work with- the work was completed just as we discussed, and more quickly than we imagined. We will definitely call him again- and you should, too.
