“I met the Ritter crew after I experienced poor workmanship with a previous contractor. Dav came over to my newly contructed home to see me in tears to view the damage from the previous contractor. He put his crew on it. Within days the chair rail came to look normal as I has always imagined it to look. All of my doors became the same height. All of the base trim became level. All mitered inside and outside corners correctly. Oh...oh...The cabinet installation is remarkable!! The crown molding on those cabinets look as it it was born there. Flat boards became custom crown trim in the birds room. It so much to say about this company.. Im very particular. The crew goes way above and beyond to make sure things are on point. Most importantly, they care about their work and they do not rush. A perfect result when they finish the job. I highly recommend this company!“

“The day my wife and I agreed with Tony Foreman to have him build our new home, Tony said to us, "have fun with it." That is exactly what we did.

Tony and his Team in conjunction with brick-and-mortar contractors began the process of building our home. We discovered immediately how important it was to Tony that he build us the perfect home as we discussed every detail room by room.

His Team led by Amy doing the design work and Mike his building foreman were amazing every step of the way. Amy, I referred to as the inside person as she helped us design each room to our exact specifications. Most important were our visits with her to the contractor facilities to pick lighting, cabinets, doors, windows and so much more. In each case Amy led us through the process of selecting each part of our home. Her acumen and experience made the process of designing the home simple and succinct.

As the home began to take shape and went under roof, we began to work closer with Mike as he reached out to us for our input as he conducted the build. We were able to make critical adjustments within rooms as the home came together. We really appreciated Mike's regular communication as his Team moved forward. For example, we decided to turn a full bathroom into a half bath and closet space adjacent to my office. It turned out to be a huge improvement and much better use of the space.

In conclusion, Tony Foreman and his Team we found to be everything we expected and more. We could not be happier with our Foreman custom home. It is truly a custom home with so many special touches that make it a wonderful place to spend our lives.

“CRS over the past year has done two separate jobs at my home. The first was water damage in my basement from rain. Fred came out and quickly identified the problem that was a french door leaking away from where most of the damage was downstairs. I had assumed it was in the corner of my deck which was right above the damage. The second job was several faceted in that they replaced another french door downstairs, removed carper and tiled an entrance in front of the door, put crown molding throughout my finished basement and replaced a pergola on my deck. Not only is the quality of their work fantastic but when they were done it was like they had never been there. Even during their work each evening they left it spotless. “We hired Steve Harris / SBH to upgrade our master bathroom. It had, to put it nicely, a subgrade vanity, shower and tub. SBH was willing to do the work we asked for, without trying to convince us to do an entire remodel. Other contractors came by to look at the job but we only got one other estimate and the rest simply ghosted us.
