Christoff Construction has been nothing but frustrating. I hired Rocco to do 2 jobs. A shower enclosure and installation of a deck. He broke my shower enclosure and 3 months went by and has not made good on replacing what he broke. The other job which was my deck, He missed the due date and refused to provide a new date. He doesn't return calls or text messages for days. He shows up for an hour and leaves and blames his employees for being no shows. I had to fire him, a 2 week project went well over a month and the deck wasn't even 1/2 way finished. What he did install is sloppy subpar work. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rocco has been immense through out the shed installation, I bought a 10x10 shed kit from Home depot , needless to say it wasn't straight forward as I bought the kit with out the floor. Rocco adapted and adjusted accordingly. My shed is looking great. He arrived the the first day just about on time and worked diligently all day on the kit constructing the shed piece by piece until he literally ran out of time to put the shed together. He said he would return the next day in the afternoon to finish the job but ran into a problem on site with another contract and whilst I wasn't best pleased he couldn't make it, he came through the following day and he and his work colleague never stopped all day. 10 out of 10 for work ethic and professional attitude.

Contractor canceled my project after nearly a year of stringing me along, blamed delays on county when it turned out he had not contacted them or told me the permit was not approved, terrible communication, had to have shotty work pointed out to him, refused to give me an itemized breakdown of how he used the deposit after termination of contract because I asked him why he had not requested an inspection in a timely matter. Made design changes without asking for approval. Avoid avoid avoid.Update: Rocco has contacted me to threaten a lawsuit bc I left a bad review.
