They are incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and detail-oriented, ensuring that clients are well-informed and satisfied with their service. The company's team of experienced professionals, many with over 20 years of industry experience, work together to deliver high-quality results, from the initial digging and plumbing to the final installation of tile and coping. Their subcontractors are also efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, working together to complete the project efficiently. With a focus on communication, Alpha Pools USA keeps clients informed every step of the way, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that may arise. Alpha Pools has been amazing through the entire success from start to finish. I started speaking briefly with Billy sometime last year about pools and once we were ready to take the “dive” we ended up going with Alpha Pools for the install of our pool for the 2024 summer. Here’s what I can say about recommending Alpha pools: Start up ✅ the information was provided via email and then a on-site visit to review location and design. Once that was determined, we received a 3-D model photo of exactly how it would look in our yard. Communication ✅ from start to finish either Billy or Joel were in contact via email, text or at our house. Pricing ✅ in line with other companies and really it’s based on what you’re having done. Construction & Subcontractors ✅ from the ground digging, rock removal concrete pad, tile, electrical, plaster, and finally water all the subcontractors that were used were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. On-site supervision ✅ either Billy or Joel were here each time a new contractor started and kept us informed at all times. Unknown issues ✅ if something were to pop up like bigger rocks that you don’t know you’re gonna have until you start digging they were there to inform us of what would need to be brought in and the cost. Clean up ✅ with all the materials that were brought in some in boxes some on crates, there was never trash left behind and they’re always very respectful of your property. Overall, there is not one negative thing that I can say through this whole process from start to finish about Alpha Pools and their ability to provide you quality service & product. We are very pleased with them and our pool design - their guidance along the way was appropriate for our needs and I would recommend them highly for your pool!
