Kevin provided us with a proposal and a start date within 3 days of us contacting Sylvan. Kevin and his crew-chief visited us on two occasions before work began to insure that we had all of our questions answered and materials were what we invisioned. Once work began we realized we needed some additional materials and area landscaped. Kevin handled this immediately and had our entire project, including change orders, completed in three days. The work was professional, accurate, used top quality materials and his crew was courteous and friendly. To say we are satisfied is an understatement!
