Caring and empathetic staff and vets that spend time listening and educating. They were so kind when I lost my white Boxer Sheba. They are very patient with the beast I rescued, Kano is definitely a challenge and everyone works to manage him and his behavior from time of entering clinic to the time we exit. I can't say enough about this wonderful clinic!
Our cat Samson unexpectedly passed away this past week. I just wanted to appreciate Dr. Clayton and rest of Staunton Vet Clinic staff who provided nothing but kindness throughout one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Dr. Clayton explained all of the options thoroughly and helped us to make what was the best decision for Samson. Not only this, it took them 3 days to get Samson's remains, which we are incredibly thankful that he is home with us so soon. Thank you, Staunton Veterinary Clinic!
