Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were also quick and communicated through the entire process. I added items after the project started and they accommodated all changes beautifully. This project was for my fathers house in Staunton and I live in Texas. I was kept informed of all happenings. I'm very pleased with the results.
Did a great job replacing my carpets. The team was prompt and even after hitting an unexpected snag, put in the extra time and effort to complete the job inside the promised timetable.
Smiley Tile and Carpet crew were very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out the new carpet install. Two different crews came to my house over two days. They were very respectful of my property and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!
