While replacing my roof tiles they broke a skylight. They promised to replace it and sealed the cracks till they found a new one. I paid half upfront, and made mistake of giving him the other half before the skylight was replaced. Promised several times to replace but were having trouble getting the correct size. The patch job started leaking and he swore to come that day to repatch, while still promising to replace. Never saw him m again, stopped answering my calls. Filed claim with BBB. They said he wouldn't respond to them and all they could do was put him on their bad list.

UPDATE: Unfortunately we had to resort to takign Clinton (Matt Simmons) to court. We won a small sum of money to make up for some of the repairs but he has not paid, so now we have to figure that process out. I have also noticed 2 very similar complaints on the BBB website now. He does shotty work and then makes empty promises to fix the jobs and simply ghosts. He is also willing to purger himself in court to put the blame on his clients.

We had another company come in and remove insulation, and drywall, dry and clean out any water damage and repair the roof with new shingles and flashing. When they took the shingles off they shows us several places where nails...read full review
