My account is under my husband’s name, Christopher Meadows. Diego came on a Saturday to try and fix our unit. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it that day, HOWEVER, he just came back today with the parts needed. He fixed our unit, was neat and clean, he was friendly, and completed the job very quickly. Diego called to let us know when he’d be arriving. He also inspected everything to make sure there were no other issues. Diego was FANTASTIC. Chris and I would highly recommend Diego and Mountain Valley. Thanks Diego for a job well done. It’s not often that folks receive good service anymore, so I couldn’t help but leave a review for the amazing service that we received.
Was blown away by the professionalism by Nathan the Technician that did our a/c inspection & tune up. He did a thorough check on our system and was very informative of what was causing our system issue and really went the extra mile. It’s nice to see a company thats care about there customers. It seems our system has an air flow problem and they are going to follow up with a free estimate to help us solve our issues next Friday.
