I cannot promote enough just how great W.F. Parker Hesting and Air should be the only number you call for all HVAC services. My family and I have been using Mr Parker for many years and trust him and his team with all of our HVAC needs. I recently had my AC go out on me Sunday morning when the temp was already 90 degrees in the morning. First call I made was to Mr Parker who unfortunately was out of town. So I called my home warranty company, they were unable to get anyone out to my house until Tuesday at 12pm. I phoned Mr Parker again this morning when my inside house temperaturereached to 84, told him if his crew who was working while he was gone had any availability at all to please let me know I was willing to take any time slot that I could. Once again mr parker had them call me today (Monday) they were here by 3pm and was able to get my AC up and running again!! This just goes to show that he was able to send out his highly trained techs Collin and Nick during his absence and they were able to provide the same stellar customer service as Mr Parker. Myself and my family are very grateful time and time again for W.F. Parker Heating and Air!! Thank you to Frank, Collin and Nick. I can now feel comfortable sleeping tonight.
