Had a roof repair needed on my mobile home, and I was considering a deck replacement at the same time. Tim with JOT made all of this happen with a very short lead time, and a small schedule, all for less than my budget. He shows up on my schedule when I need him to look at something. The workmanship is top notch, and he answers any questions I have with speed and accuracy. I won't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks for a great job!

Had an excellent experience with JOT Home Repairs. I used them to seal our flat roof and install a new gutter. Tim was great at communicating exactly what was needed and did not try to convince me of doing unnecessary work. His wife Jenn was very quick to respond as well to any questions and both made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. They were also fairly priced which is not always a given in the area. I would definitely use them again!
