I recently engaged Us HVAC Services Inc for routine summer maintenance of my residential HVAC system, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Mr. Kazi, the owner, ensured a seamless process by sending a highly professional and cordial technician to handle the job.
The technician was not only competent and prompt but also took his time to thoroughly assess the system. He didn't rush through the process and took the time to explain the outcome of his analysis and the work that was done. I appreciated his transparency and the fact that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services.
Such a great experience. Almost immediate response to my yelp request. He would've come later that day, but we waited till the next day. He came exactly on time, only charged $49, which went towards our repair. Super honest and we will absolutely use again!!
