After a negative experience with another HVAC company to repair our heating system, our home warranty company transferred the work request to US HVAC Services Inc. They contacted me within 24 hours to make an appointment and were accommodating about scheduling when the time they suggested did not work for me. They were punctual, professional, courteous. They listened, answered my questions, explained what was wrong with my system. They got the heating system up and running after just a few minutes (huge relief after weeks of no heat) and ordered the malfunctioning part. My AC went out on Sunday. The owner responded really quickly. They sent out a tech 8am Monday Morning and we have ac again. The owners communication was really good though out the whole process. I will definitely use them in the future.
