I recently engaged Us HVAC Services Inc for routine summer maintenance of my residential HVAC system, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Mr. Kazi, the owner, ensured a seamless process by sending a highly professional and cordial technician to handle the job.

The technician was not only competent and prompt but also took his time to thoroughly assess the system. He didn't rush through the process and took the time to explain the outcome of his analysis and the work that was done. I appreciated his transparency and the fact that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services.

Our home warranty assigned this company, as our tenants had reported that heating system was not working. They showed up within 24h. Their conclusion was spot on. They replaced the broken part right away. It was refreshing to deal with such professionals. Thank you!Service: Heating system repair

After a negative experience with another HVAC company to repair our heating system, our home warranty company transferred the work request to US HVAC Services Inc. They contacted me within 24 hours to make an appointment and were accommodating about scheduling when the time they suggested did not work for me. They were punctual, professional, courteous. They listened, answered my questions, explained what was wrong with my system. They got the heating system up and running after just a few minutes (huge relief after weeks of no heat) and ordered the malfunctioning part. They received the ordered part the next regular business day and came that same day to replace it (again punctual and accommodating to my availability.) I was extremely impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Only positives from start to finish and would highly recommend them.
