I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. I had an electrical issue in the home and assumed it would require a repairman. Instead, Mike suggested a few things and lo and behold, it fixed my issue without requiring a service call. I really appreciate this kind of helpfulness!

Mike wasn't able to do the work because of a bad back and yet he spoke with our plumber to try, and trouble shoot a circuit breaker issue. Very knowledge and helpful. Will use again!
