I had a working GFCI that stopped working after 8+ years and I thought it had gone bad and needed to be replaced. I bought a new one and wired it exactly the same as the old one, and it still wasn't working. I called Mike who told me while he couldn't come fix the issue, he would walk me through troubleshooting the issue. Turns out I had both the old and new receptacles wired backwards and the old one was more forgiving. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, my problem was solved. Fantastic customer service!Mike, I hope you get better soon because I'll be calling you for more work.

I had an electrical issue in the home and assumed it would require a repairman. Instead, Mike suggested a few things and lo and behold, it fixed my issue without requiring a service call. I really appreciate this kind of helpfulness!

Mike wasn't able to do the work because of a bad back and yet he spoke with our plumber to try, and trouble shoot a circuit breaker issue. Very knowledge and helpful. Will use again!
