I requested service and the lady in the front was not friendly or welcoming at all, actually kinda of rude in her response. She rudely said "busy". Business owners, if you want customers and returning customers, you must be polite and show appreciation. They didn't have to come to your business when there's many others near by.

Tina does a very nice job with men's manicures and pedicures. Other establishments make me feel like an ATM with the constant upselling. Tina treats you professionally and well and is a very thankful person with a positive attitude.

This place was not that great. First of all, it doesn't look very tidy. Second of all, the employee was very negative when it came to waxing- she didn't even get all of my underarm hair! There was still a lot left. She also didn't trim the hair at all.

My mom's boyfriend tried getting his chest waxed and she kept talking negatively about it, saying how males she has waxed in the past "cried in pain" and how she "didn't want him to die"so he only got 3 small patches done and then we left because she kept refusing to wax more. She charged $30 in total but I would not come again as it was not a great experience.
