Sharmin from R K Jewellers(Springfield Mall) is a very dependable staff, she is trust worthy, diligent and has an excellent customer service. I put my jewelries away since September 20th 2019, came back today (July 17 , 2023) surprisingly, everything was tightly kept in. Sharmin is an asset to R.K. Jewelers. What an amazing experience I had shopping at RK Jewlers! Upon entering the store, I noticed how clean and sparkly all of the jewelry was. I was greeted with a warm smile by the beautiful owner. I had been looking for a special ring for many years and when I described what I wanted, the owner assured me she would do her best to find something I would love. Guess who got a call the next day? Me! She told me how she had been speaking to the appropriate people- and for over two hours, to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted and at an affordable price. Today I had the best jewelry buying experience with Sharon and the gentleman whose name starts with “M.” (I’m sorry I can’t remember) They were patient, non-pressuring, and with an amazing energy. They made me want to buy more in the future just due to their great customer service and care. The gentleman shared his passion of nice watches and shoes, too. I know where to go next time I want something special for my partner. ❤️
