I'd never done laser hair removal or even waxing, so I was very nervous, but Jillian was SO fun and very professional. Her facility and setup is basic but it doesn't affect your experience. Can't recommend enough! If anything I'm sad it was so effective that I won't see more of Jillian!

Jillian is amazing! Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable through every not-so-comfortable procedure. The results are great. No hair growth after 5th laser treatment... have one more to go! Highly recommend.

Jillian is a one woman operation. No fancy salon. She has one room in a nail salon in Springfield, so no spa type setting. That means she can keep her costs down. Personally I don't need a gilded office, I just need an experienced tech who knows her stuff. That's Jillian. She has over 20 years in the business. Better than getting some young 20-something tech you may find at the larger establishments.Jillian is very attentive. She'll take whatever time it takes with you. No rush job.
