4 1/2 stars. I had to wait a little while till he came back from lunch, but the speed the quality and the price of the repair was worth the wait. I would actually recommend this location and their technician to my friends for mobile device repair

Worked with sowrov today and he was very efficient and fixed my phone within 15 minutes while I was at Target. rates are more affordable than buying an insurance plan. Highly recommend. They also generously gifted me a plastic cover to help me protect my screen. A plus service

This was the BEST mobile service I’ve ever experienced. I’m so glad I found Mobile Zone in Springfield, they have amazing quality for a low price I’m will never go to Bestbuy ever again. I really appreciate the help and great customer service. The employees really work with you to help you get the best deal and service that you need. I will continue to go to them and recommend them to all my friends and family. Definitely go and check them out!
