5 star service! Flawless nails each and every time. Everyone is always so kind which is a plus. The shop is very beautiful inside and also clean. This will always be my go to nail salon.
I will absolutely be back and will absolutely recommend this salon to friends and family. It was my first time and I called last minute for an appointment and they made it happen. I am impressed with the work and professionalism. All the ladies wore a uniform, my tech introduced herself (chloe). Although she was quick, the appointment did not feel rushed. The design was exactly what I asked for. Even though I wanted my nails shorter she guided me on the design and what would look best. Asking me if I was happy with the shape and design, I appreciate that from a tech. The pedicure was relaxing. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Very happy with my experience.
My experience at KNN Nails was excellent! I was able to walk in for a mani-pedi and only waited 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly. My nail tech listened to my requests for how I like my nails done. She even offered to polish an additional coat to ensure longevity. The environment is relaxing. I was pleased with the cost and service! I will be going back!
