KJS was originally recommended to me by my insurance company after my neighbor flooded my condo, and they did an amazing job reflooring my whole place. In addition to that, they knocked out my bathtub in my primary bathroom and did a wonderful job installing a walk-in shower for me, in addition to retiling the bathroom floor and painting the bathroom walls. They also reinstalled the bathroom fan and light in my primary bathroom, as well as installing a new fan and light in my guest bathroom. The KJS Team was professional, timely, efficient, and friendly. They are very versatile in their skills, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Steve at KJS if anyone experiences water/mold/fire damage. He came out 30 minutes after we called to assess the damage. He is very friendly, and everything was speedily fixed at a reasonable price. He also took appropriate covid-19 precautions including distance and mask wearing.

These guys were great. I called Kim and they came right away. We had water in our basement after a storm, they identified the issue right away gave us a quote and immediately went to work. They clean up the water and setup fans in less than one hour. They explained everything that was going on and I could not give them a higher recommendation.
