I'm going to have to buck the trend and render an excellent review of my experience with Pharma-quip based on my recent CPAP renewal and customer support. I suffer from both obstructive sleep apnea and gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD). My six-year-old CPAP required replacement under insurance. While it seemed like an eternity, it only took JHM/Pharma-quip about three and a half weeks to process my CPAP replacement order from my pulmonologist until delivery at my home (the initial CPAP order in 2018 took six weeks). The replacement machine was correctly set up and they handled matters with my insurance competently.

If I would have known how horrible of service I would have gotten I would have never asked to be transferred to Johns Hopkins pharmaquip. I have literally had to explain numerous times to them the issues I am dealing with and also they sent me my CPAP mask with no hose and then had the audacity to tell me I should check the package again because the mask comes with a hose even after I explained the machine didn’t come with it. On top of it all the I received nothing but rude attitudes from their team when I called to explain I did not receive the tubing that were supposed to send.

Wish I could give less than a "1" rating? this company has consistently BAD customer service and service in general. I have yet to have them call me about needing supplies, as they explained would happen when I began my service. they have been telling me since July that the problem is related to a new computer system that was installed in June. it is now November. if they can't figure out their computer system in four months, it is no wonder their service is so bad. I am in the process of finding another company to provide my supplies. Avoid this company if at all possible.
