“I would like to thank Dr. Furst and Katherine for their kindness. My child was in ER and ER doctor told us to call a doctor for follow up treatment. However, I called that doctor office and told them that ER asked me to call them for appointments but they are booked until next month and can't fit my child in. I called several doctor offices and told them the same thing but they could not schedule any appointments. I finally found Dr. Furst office and talked to Katherine. She told me he does not have any availability but she would talk to him to see what he could do to help. She called me back after a while and asked me fax the discharge from the hospital. Then she called me back and told me Dr. Furst suggested me call that doctor for appointments. I told her that I did but they did not have any availability. But Dr. Furst said she has to see my child because she was in the ER yesterday. Then Dr. Furst or Katherine contacted the other doctor's office to talk to them. Katherine called me back to let me know staff from other doctor's office would contact me to give me the time for the next day's appointment. I was so touch with their kindness. I was on the phone for more than 4 hours to call all ENT office for appointments but could not find any doctor who could take my child in the next day. I even called the primary care doctor but could not even talk to him. Dr. Furst and his staff took time to help me though none of us are his patients. I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart.“
