Stylist: I recently visited Kim and had an amazing experience! She was incredibly understanding of my own hesitance to not getting too much cut and listened carefully to what I wanted. She made a recommendation for a toner that perfectly suited my preferences considering my hair health. Beyond her professional skills, she was genuinely kind, making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing.

I booked only a shampoo and cut. I was also in a hurry. Then sat for 30 more minutes after the haircut to get a blow dry being told it would help to see the haircut. Even though I said I don’t want blow dry and am in a hurry. But it seemed intentional to charge me for a haircut, blow dry and then a “long blow dry” without informing me. This added 30 minutes to my day and $25 to my bill.
Update: The manager called me and apologized about the experience I had and gave me a full refund. I was also told this would not happen in the future. Thus, I will go back because it was a good haircut and the location is great for me. I do recommend being very... read full review

Nasrin is an amazing stylist! I came in for a layered haircut. Nasrin took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to check every step of the way through how much hair I wanted cut off. The whole process was relatively short (about 45 mins with blowdry) and the end result was perfect – exactly what I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with my new look and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and considerate stylist!
