Everything about this transaction was great. The service was helpful, the rug cleaning was fast and thorough, and the price was right. Couldn't have asked for a better encounter!
Excellent job, great communication, reasonable price. I’ve had two small Persian rugs for decades and I’ve never had them professionally cleaned. They look great now, visibly brighter, a joy to look at. Thank you!
"Overall, I was impressed with the quality of work done by Hadid Carpet on cleaning my carpet. The results were fantastic, and my carpet looks refreshed and renewed. However, I did encounter some challenges with communication as I had trouble getting a callback from them regarding when the carpet would be ready. Additionally, I found their pricing to be a bit on the higher side. Despite these issues, I must say that everything else about the service was perfect. I appreciate the thorough cleaning job they did on my carpet. Moving forward, I hope they can improve their communication and perhaps consider pricing adjustments to better cater to customers.
