Phenomenal service. Jessica was friendly and professional. She explained all the steps & processes for an oriental rug appraisal. We used Hadeed before and that experience was first rate too. Will continue to be loyal customers.

My Oriental rug was picked up from my house, cleaned in the Hadeed plant, and then delivered to my new residence at my condo. The carpet looks clean, smells good, and the colors are brighter. This is the second time I've used Hadeed.The third time I've used Hadeed is right now; they are cleaning another rug that they carried out when they delivered the Oriental one.The employees are all been pleasant and attentive and accommodating. Couldn't be better!
