The 5 stars go out to Brittany! She was amazing during my appointment. From start to finish, she was professional and amazing. She was patient with my very nervous pitty. She listened to my concerns about my girl and accommodated me. She didn't judge my dog because she had a bite history. At the end- she gave her treats and got a little tail wag! That is a FIRST for my furbaby!! They do warn you about the reception area being VERY small so be careful. It's kind of easy to get lost with three different doors- but they guide you. It was my first time there. The Veterinary assistants do ALL THE WORK( for what they charge- they better be getting good pay). Brittany came in and triage my girl. She gathered all her samples and went back to read all the samples. Saw the doctor for about 1 minute. No exam. Just a visual. Nice though. Then Brittany came back in with discharge paperwork. We opted a allergy test- so Brittany again came in a drew blood. She told me that the results will come in about 10 days and that an LVT will be calling me. VAs and LVTs are the rockstars in this department. I can't give the vet any stars because I didnt even deal with him. The downfall is they do not accept Care Credit. That is a BIG help to people that need that extra help with financing and budgeting.

I really appreciate Dr. Hansen & his team. They are very professional and even though there is a cost for their services, in the long run it saved us money & constant visits to the regular vet.

Just shy of a year ago one of our small dogs began to experience a rash that quickly spread across his entire body. He became very lethargic. The rash turned into crusty scabs making it painful for the boy to even move around. He would cry and cry. His weight dropped from 8 pounds down to 5. He lost a lot of his hair. We took him to our family vet and they tried their best but couldn't figure it out. After a few months our vet reached out to Doctor Hansen. His office was backed up but they were able to squeeze our boy in. Several visits and months later his skin has cleared up, hair has regrown, and energy levels through the roof. His weight is back to where it needs to be in the 8 pound range. In a time that people have been awful to others, we have witnessed what the beauty of humanity. While fighting his own personal medical fight, Dr. Hansen has diligently fought for us and for our little guy. I know that some balk at costs associated and say "too expensive", because yes there will always be a cost associated to seeing a specialist and fighting to save your animal's life. Dr. Hansen is an amazing human being that has a positive spirit that has raised us up when we thought all was lost with our loved boy. He and his staff have pulled off a miracle for us. I can not speak for others and their experiences, but we 100000000% would recommend anybody see this office. Thank you Dr. Hansen and amazing staff.
