This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.
This review is mainly for the staff and one specific doctor, Dr. Noi. Staff is always very nice, friendly, and helpful (unlike Banfield where everyone hates their lives). Only doctor I schedule with is Dr.Noi. She is the the best. She keeps it light, is very personable, and won’t try to make you get unnecessary treatments
I have been taking my cats here for years. I've always received great service, they answer the phone quickly, respond via email quickly, and the vets have all taken their time- I've seen different ones. Most recently Dr. Noi took the time to call me and explain a surgery for my cat and she was very thorough. Highly recommend!
