I was very pleased with Certa Pro from the walk through for the estimate to the final walk through after the work was complete. I had wall paper removed from 5 stairways and one room, the walls prepped, and walls painted. Steve asked about additional work and was respectful when I said I would take care of something. As the job drew near and during the work, new work was added easily. Andres did a particularly good job at wall prep and painting. My hand rails needed another coat of paint after everyone had left. Steve and Andres took care of it quickly. My '70s house feel fresh and new. I would use CertaPro again.
We are very pleased with CertaPro. Steve, the owner, was personable and took his time answering our questions and concerns. Steve even came by on the day the painters showed up to make sure everything was going well. The painters were thoughtful and very professional. They did a great job covering everything before painting and they did a great job painting.
Working with CertaPro was a great experience. Staff was professional and personable; They worked diligently every day and the job was completed earlier than I first imagined. Steve coordinated all aspects of the job without a hitch. I would definitely recommend CertaPro to anyone considering a paint project. They are the best!
