It was a smooth and informative first meeting, with lots of helpful details (we love details!). Kurt was patient and thoughtful, and a joy to work with! He even sent us a "during" photo for our scrapbook!

We found both Bryan, the arborist who first examined our trees , and the technicians who treated them to be professional and pleasant. We have recommended Bartlett to other neighbors having Crape Myrtle scale issues.

We have many large oak trees in our yard along with other trees. I asked my neighbors and several recommended Bartlett. Josh comes to my yard to both inspect the trees to make sure that they're healthy and remove trees that need to be taken down. We had a moderate sized tree in the backyard that turned brown over the course of a week. Josh came out, couldn't figure out why the tree died. The crew came out within a week and removed the tree flush down to the ground within 2 hours.We had a gorgeous red oak, 45 feet tall, that was starting to lean over into the street.
