Just before Christmas the lock on my condo door stopped working. I immediately called Baldino’s and although I had an appointment already scheduled, they came earlier, when some time opened up. My lock was custom-made and they special-ordered it right away. I expected it to take 4-6 weeks for the lock to come and be installed, but it only took 12 days and, again, Dewy came to install the lock earlier than scheduled. He did a great job and I am glad that my door is secure again. Baldino’s never disappoints.
My experience with Baldino’s Locksmith was excellent. The personnel in the store were great. Later I had a technician come to my house to install a new lock and he was terrific! Patient and understanding as he drilled new bores in the door (total geek here I wanted to see and understand the whole process). I thought the price was more than fair given they had the expertise and I clearly did not. Bring in the experts. Bring in Baldino’s Lock and Key.
Great company to work with from the office to the field techs. We've used them for multiple applications (lock changes, vault removal, electronics). They've always been prompt, friendly, and fairly priced. Highly recommended
