I have been contracted with Alexandria Pesst for over 6 years in Fairfax County and now in Prince William County. They do exceptional work, above and beyond services needed. They are respectful, trust worthy, timely, courteous, professional, proficient and reasonably priced. They care for all your needs. It's the best company that has ever been in my homes.
I want to take the time to commend the exceptional customer service received by your inspector, Alan Riel. He visited my property to inspect my attic for two bird nests, and a possible bat. Not only did he provide a thorough inspection, but went above and beyond to make other recommendations of things that needed repair on the exterior of the house. Things that I wasn’t aware of or would have known to look for. He took the time to make follow-up calls after hours after the two gentlemen that came to remove the birds nest left. I haven't left a Yelp review in a very long time. And I certainly didn't ever expect to leave one for a pest control company. But here I am...I found a small mouse in my kitchen and took every step possible to trap it using several types of traps (over 2 dozen...I know it was excessive but didn't want to take chances). I used all sorts of bait - bacon, peanut butter, the attractant gel, you name it - on rotation but nothing. Meanwhile, droppings continued to appear. I was cleaning, including bleaching, everything twice a day - morning and night.
